Keynotes, workshops, and team sessions
Bring readiness to the room with keynotes, fireside conversations, and team sessions that give change a starting line — and language the audience can actually use the next day.
Across three decades of enterprise change, Kelli has built a practice of patience: with ambiguity, with organizational politics, with the ideas that need protection before they get dismissed. She brings that practice to a keynote — helping an audience name what it already senses, finding language for the change in front of it, and building the small openings that turn intent into momentum.

i. WHEN ORGANIZATIONS BRING US IN
When the room calls for
depth & fresh perspective
Organizations bring Kelli into rooms where the moment matters — a transformation about to launch, a leadership team setting up its next phase, an audience of practitioners ready for a deeper conversation about change. The common thread: they want senior perspective on what makes change actually work, in language people can use the next day.
You're about to launch a transformation — and you want it to take root.
A keynote or executive session before launch gives leaders and key teams a shared read of the change ahead and the language for the moment. The day after, conversations are sharper, decisions are clearer, and the path from intent to adoption gets shorter.
Your leadership team needs shared language for what's next.
An offsite session that names where the work actually is, where alignment lives now, and what only this group can advance from here. Custom-built to your context — your industry, your moment, your team — so the language stays useful long after the session.
Your conference audience is ready for a different conversation about change.
A keynote on how change becomes possible by design — and what readiness actually requires. Drawn from the forthcoming book Ready by Design and 30+ years of enterprise change work, calibrated to the discipline and seniority of the room.
You're building a community of change leaders — and they need new language.
An interactive session for practitioners — change leaders, internal consultants, HR, and PMs — that gives them the diagnostic frames, the vocabulary, and the practical methods they can carry into their next engagement.
ii. SIGNATURE TALKS
Talks that give a room shared ground
Each talk is calibrated to your audience and your moment. The current set is below; every engagement begins with a brief that shapes the talk to the room.
Ready By Design:
How Change Becomes Possible
The signature keynote. Drawn from the forthcoming book.
Change works the same way every time: when systems are ready, change takes root and lasts. Where readiness is uneven, even sound plans stall — quietly first, then loudly. This keynote names the readiness pattern, shows what designing readiness actually involves, and gives leaders a different way to think about what comes before the rollout — and why it determines what comes after.

Leading Change
That Lasts
For CHROs, transformation executives, and senior leaders sponsoring change.
Change has accelerated. The pace is faster, the stakes are higher, and the cost of getting it wrong compounds across the next initiative and the one after that. This talk frames what enduring change actually requires now — the readiness layer underneath the playbooks — and gives senior leaders a way to think about the change ahead that strengthens the organization and the people inside it.

The Readiness Gap:
Closing the Distance Between Plan and Adoption
For PMI, PMO, and delivery-side audiences.
Most change plans are sound. The schedule is realistic, the risk register is current, the delivery rigor is there. What separates the change that takes from the change that stalls is what happens in the readiness layer — the space between a finished plan and a working adoption. This talk distinguishes delivery risk from change risk, gives PMs and PMOs a practical diagnostic for the readiness gap, and equips them with vocabulary they can carry into their next steering committee. Includes signal diagnostic toolkit.

Change Experience Design:
A Discipline for What Comes Next
For change practitioners and internal consultants.
An introduction to CHNGx — Change Experience Design — and the three dimensions it brings into focus: stability, sensemaking, and shared investment. The talk builds the framework out, shows how it sharpens the way change is scoped and sequenced, and gives practitioners the practice — frames, vocabulary, and method — they can carry into the work on Monday.

Custom session,
built to your moment
When the talk should be built to the room you have.
For organizations where the moment is specific — a pre-transformation alignment session, a leadership offsite with a defined question to resolve, an industry keynote anchored to your domain. The build process is short and deliberate: a brief, a fit conversation with the leaders sponsoring the moment, a draft outline you see before anything locks, and a tightened final. We design for the room you actually have.

iii. HOW WE WORK
How a talk
gets designed
Every engagement starts with a brief. The talk that arrives in the room is calibrated to the audience, the moment, and the outcome the organization is trying to achieve — and crafted so participants leave with something useful.
BRIEF
Start with a conversation
Who's in the audience. What moment they're in. What the day after needs to feel like.
Before we shape the talk, we listen for the moment. A 30-minute fit conversation with the event lead or sponsor names the audience, the context, the desired outcome, and the constraints that matter. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so — and where helpful, point you to someone who is.
DESIGN
Build to your context
The frame, the examples, the language — all calibrated.
From the brief, we shape the talk around the audience and the moment. The signature frames stay; the examples, the language, and the emphasis shift to fit the room. You see a draft outline before we lock anything — so the talk that arrives is the one you wanted.
DELIVER
Speak with the room
The talk itself — present, prepared, and tuned to the audience.
On the day, Kelli speaks with the room, building on the audience's energy as the talk unfolds. The frame stays steady, space opens for people to think alongside, and the close arrives as a real invitation to act. Q&A is part of the talk from the start.
FOLLOW-THROUGH
Follow the work to what's next
What the audience takes with them — and what you get back.
Every engagement includes a take-home artifact tied to the topic — a brief, a diagnostic, or a worksheet — so the audience leaves with something they can use Monday morning. Where you want it, an audience feedback loop gives you verified data on what registered and where to take the work next.
iv. ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Senior perspective,
built on real work

Kelli Amerine
Founder, Attune Change Solutions
Author, Ready by Design
Kelli has spent more than 30 years inside enterprise change — large transformations, culture work, innovation programs, and the kind of leadership moments that decide whether a strategy lives or stalls. Her clients have spanned health care, insurance, high-tech, and professional services, with engagements ranging from focused executive sessions to multi-year transformations with Fortune 50 organizations.
Her point of view is direct: change doesn't fail because organizations lack ambition or effort. It fails because systems move before they are ready. Readiness can be designed — and when it is, change works, and lasts. That conviction is the through-line of the talk, the book, and the firm.
She is the author of the forthcoming book Ready by Design, which introduces Change Experience Design (CHNGx) — a framework for designing readiness across stability, sensemaking, and shared investment. Her client engagements have been recognized with industry honors for culture transformation and innovation, including two Gallup Culture Transformation Awards, the Spigit Best New Innovation Program award, and an InnoLead Impact Award. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Psoriasis Foundation.

v. WHERE WE WORK DIFFERENTLY
Senior perspective shaped by active practice. Kelli works alongside change leaders as a coach and consultant every week — and brings the nuances, political realities, and constraints of that work into the room.
vi. RELATED SERVICES
A talk is often the beginning
Many engagements start in a room and continue as deeper work. If the keynote opens a question, these are the ways we keep going with you.

Ready by design
Book the conversation, before the talk
Every engagement starts with a brief. Tell us about the audience, the moment, and what you want the day after to look like. If we're the right fit for the room, we'll say so. If we aren't, we'll say that too — and point you toward who might be.
