Why we built a firm for readiness
How change has changed, what readiness requires, and how this firm answers it.
i. WHAT WE SEE
Change is changing
Most leaders don't need convincing that change is accelerating. They're already living inside the evidence. Initiatives overlap instead of sequencing cleanly. Strategies evolve mid-execution. New platforms arrive before the last set has stabilized. What once felt like discrete transformations now feels like a continuous state of motion — with little opportunity to pause, integrate, or recover.
What's different about this moment isn't simply more change. Change itself has changed — faster, less bounded, more interconnected across functions and roles, more continuous than episodic. People no longer experience change as a project. They experience it as a condition.
ii. WHY WE EXIST
Readiness is the design question
People can move through extraordinary change — when the conditions are right. Readiness is the work of making those conditions.
Readiness creates the confidence and momentum needed for change.
Before deciding what to do next, leaders need to understand what their organization is prepared for. To attune means to sense conditions accurately, align the parts of a system, and calibrate before force is applied. Understanding before action. That's the discipline that decides whether change holds.
Attune Change Solutions was founded on that belief. We help organizations build the conditions for change to become durable, and for the organization to come out of it stronger. Our work sits where strategy, human dynamics, and execution meet.
We don't deliver
change to people.
We design it with them.
Ready by design.
iii. WHO BUILT THIS
A firm built by a practitioner
Kelli Amerine
Founder
Kelli Amerine founded the firm in 2002 as Talent Solutions, Inc., and rebranded it to Attune Change Solutions in 2026. She has spent more than three decades leading enterprise change — long enough to recognize the patterns underneath it, and direct enough to name them out loud.

IN HER OWN WORDS
One of the biggest lessons of my career came from a project that looked like a success.
Early on, I was part of a leadership team planning a complex service delivery model transformation. We delivered it on time and on budget, and achieved everything we had planned. But when it was over, I realized the celebration belonged mostly to those of us who had spent months in the "closed rooms" designing it. Much of the organization was still trying to understand what had happened and what it meant for them.
That's when I learned that readiness can't be designed for people after the plan is complete. It has to be designed with them, from the very beginning.
Since then, I've believed that the best transformations don't end with a dramatic reveal. The change feels almost natural because people have been involved, prepared, and building confidence every step of the way.
That realization became the foundation for Attune Change Solutions.
Ready by design.
That experience stayed with her — not because it was unusual, but because it revealed something that played out across the engagements that followed: most organizations were approaching change as if it were a discrete event, with stability assumed on either side and the work itself confined to a plan that ended at implementation. The cost was paid quietly — in trust that took years to rebuild, and in people who disengaged because nothing else felt sustainable.
Out of that, a conviction took shape — the one Attune Change Solutions is now built around.
A world where people and organizations thrive through change.
Attune Change Solutions was built to make that real. Kelli leads every engagement personally. The firm she's built keeps her at the center of the work.

She is the author of Ready by Design (forthcoming), the book that makes the firm's intellectual foundation portable for the wider field.
iv. HOW WE'RE BUILT
A firm shaped by a deliberate choice
Attune Change Solutions is built as a network of senior practitioners. Every engagement is led by Kelli and resourced with practitioners selected for the work in front of you — most with fifteen-plus years in enterprise change, many we've worked alongside for a decade or more.
That structure is deliberate. Without a bench to fill or utilization targets to hit, we can scope the work the engagement needs, walk away from work that isn't a fit, and put senior eyes on the parts of your change that matter most.
It also means we work with fewer clients at a time. That's the trade. We think it's the right one.
i.
Senior leadership on every engagement.
Kelli leads each engagement personally, with senior practitioners working alongside her.
ii.
Practitioners selected for the work.
The network is chosen for what each engagement needs.
iii.
Capability transfer is the model.
We're built to leave your organization stronger and self-sufficient.
v. HOW WE WORK
What it feels like to work with us
Four things clients say about working with this firm.
We move in step with the organization.
Knowing when to push and when to wait is most of the job. We read where the organization is and time our interventions to what it's ready for. Get the timing wrong in either direction and the work suffers. The calibration is the work.
Adoption is what we build with you.
Engagements often begin before adoption is fully defined — when the change is known but what “good” looks like on the other side, and how it endures past launch, are still being worked out. We work alongside you to define those things, and then build the conditions to reach them. Both pieces are the work.
We work alongside, not in parallel.
From day one we're inside the work with your team. Listening, talking with the people closest to it, surfacing what's documented and what isn't. The reads happen with you in the room.
We leave you owning it.
Capability transfer is woven into the engagement. When we leave, the practices, the language, and the discipline live with your team. The next change is yours to run.
